Sojok means “mince, spices & pickles pressed like a toastie”.

This business idea came to me while eating a sojok at home.
I just wondered: Why don’t we have this here in London? :)

It seems there was a gap in the market when it comes to Syrian food, beyond Falafel & Shawarma.

The recipe actually comes from my mother. So when we say ‘homemade’, you can be sure we mean it!
